"My only objective, from the perspective of photography is to change people through my photographs. I shoot poverty, I shoot sufferings, and I shoot everything, that is painful. I shoot pain, to deliberately provoke a reaction and I shoot photos to shock people. It's shock, and only shock, that can change people and can shake them to face the reality and shrug selfishness.
I don't want poverty, I don't want anyone to suffer and hope a day will come when the world will be a new one. And I think it is my duty to change the world, in whatever way I can. But still, if there's anyone, who thinks, I am further exploiting poverty and the poor, then, well, be free to express the what, that arises from your heart."
